Embers + Ice provides guided contrast therapy, including sauna, cold plunge and breathwork sessions. Consult a physician before participating if you have any medical condition.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Embers + Ice. Non-marketing messages include appointment reminders, account updates, booking updates, follow ups, class notifications and customer support. Marketing messages (if separately consented) include promotional offers and discounts.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send "STOP", we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us.
